At Mors, your orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facilities using reputed international courier and logistics partners to ensure your baking ingredients arrive safely.

1. Delivery Timelines & Coverage (UK Orders)

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours on working days (Monday – Friday).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 7 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link and details.

  • Possible Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as international customs clearance processing, local postal service handling, severe weather, or regional transit restrictions.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import Taxes & VAT: Deliveries to the UK may be subject to UK VAT and import duties depending on order value and current customs threshold guidelines.

  • Payment Responsibility: Any customs fees, import duties, or clearance charges levied by UK border controls or couriers upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. General Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Schedule: Couriers typically deliver between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), excluding public and bank holidays.

  • Signature Upon Delivery: Packages may require a signature or proof of delivery. If you are unavailable, an authorized person (such as a neighbor or building concierge) may accept the package on your behalf. Please note that Mors is not responsible for packages once signed for by an alternative recipient.

  • Post-Delivery Care: Mors is not liable for damage, loss, or deterioration occurring after successful delivery has been completed.

  • Shipping Rates: All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, volume, and final delivery address in the UK.
